What to Order
Fufu
A soft, sticky ball of cassava flour, perfect for scooping up stews and sauces, offering a delightful texture contrast to rich dishes.
"I got the Fufu (cassava flour), which is basically like a ball of mashed potatoes, but a little stickier so you can form it and pick up the meat, veg and sauce. It’s still super soft and delicious on its own, but when you use it to scoop up the Ngombe (beef stew), the combo is just… out of this world."
Alexander Arseneau
Ngombe (Beef Stew)
A tender, perfectly seasoned beef stew with deep, traditional flavors, often featuring peppers and onions in its rich sauce.
"My go-to dishes are the Beef Stew and their Beignets (Puff-Puff). The beef stew is perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of that deep, traditional flavour that reminds you why African comfort food is unmatched."

Beignets (Puff-Puff)
Fresh, soft, and lightly sweet fried dough, these are an addictive treat perfect for starting or ending a meal.
"The puff-puff is always fresh, soft, lightly sweet, and honestly addictive , the perfect way to start or end a meal."

Fumbwa
A delicious Congolese dish made with spinach and peanuts, offering a unique and flavorful experience.
"I recommend vivement le Fumbwa vraiment délicieux."

Masala Tea
A standout beverage, this masala tea is noted for being one of the best, offering a warm and aromatic experience.
"Don't sleep on the Masala Chai, it was one of the best ones we've had!"

Ntaba (Grilled Goat)
Flavorful grilled goat, often enjoyed with fufu and plantains, providing a rich and satisfying protein option.
"We had it with the ntaba (grilled goat) and ngombe (beef stew), plantain, and after our meal we had the masala tea and beignets."
