"The Alberta Bison Tomahawk was awesome. It was perfectly cooked to medium rare. The bison was perfectly seasoned, very tender, and not gamey. We were surprised it was very tender, as bison is more of a lean meat. The reduced French onion sauce elevates the bison to a whole new flavour experience."
