A generously sized omelette, often referred to simply as "the only omelette," served with house-made red skinned hashbrowns.
"I ordered the “only” omelette and omitted the toast and was offered tomato slices or oranges instead. I got sliced tomatoes. It was made to order, served with house-made red skinned hashbrown potatoes. It was comforting and delicious!!! Beyond expectations."
